Pattersons’ support of UW-Madison no work of fiction

October 08, 2013

The athletic department posted a wonderful article about James Patterson, the best-selling mystery and children’s book author, and Susan Solie Patterson, the former two-time All-American swimmer at UW-Madison who is an alum of the School of Education.

The couple currently supports 16 students who are studying within the School of Education with scholarships. In addition, they also back the School of Nursing and annually support the tuition for two Badger swimmers.

The article by Mike Lucas is a must-read as it does an outstanding job of describing the many ways in which the Pattersons love the Badgers -- and support UW-Madison.
