  • If at all possible, please do not cancel/reschedule the day of the Dialogue
  • If you have not emailed prior to the Dialogue our facilitators will note your absence. At the same time, please inform the Coordinator as early as possible, as we may have to cancel a session with too few participants and would like to notify the other students ahead of time.

How do I get credit for my participation?

  1. You will get credit by showing up and participating in the dialogues.

What will be expected of me for these dialogues?

  1. Think about 1 or 2 diversity issues of personal interest that you would find interesting to discuss in a group format.
  2. Be willing to speak from personal experiences and engage in the group discussion in an honest manner.
  3. To be reflective and open about your own and others’ experiences related to diversity.
  4. Be willing to challenge yourself and to move beyond overly safe and easy topics.
